Approach

Automated checkers catch a fraction of real barriers. IronShuttle audits are manual first: full keyboard walkthroughs, screen-reader testing with NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver, text-resize and reflow checks, reading order without CSS, and form-by-form review. Automated tools support the process; they don't replace it.

Credentials

Christopher is currently completing the DHS Trusted Tester certification process for Section 508 and WCAG evaluation. Engagements are independent, deliverable-based subcontract work.
